Our Vision

Centered by the love of Jesus Christ, we enable the lives of the under-privileged and disabled in China to be a whole person - physically, mentally and spiritually. So that they can live their dreams as vibrantly as the colors of rainbows.

Our Core Values

Our core values represent Rainbow Missions operating philosophy. The values serve as RM's navigating guide in decision making, interaction and forming relationships with internal and external partners.

a. We are Christian.

We recognize Jesus Christ as our personal savior and he is the center of our life. From the abundance of God's love, we find our call to ministry. We will glorify God in our actions and words. We are open to be transformed by Christ, and willing to be vulnerable in a godly way ready for change by God. We find our self value in God, primarily in being not doing, experiencing God, not head knowledge. We are willing to take away our masks. We exercise that unconditional love towards each other.

b. We are committed to the under-privileged and disabled in China with compassion.

We are called to relieve their suffering and to promote the transformation of their condition of life physically and spiritually. We believe in the God given potential in people including the under-privileged and disabled. We believe in empowering them to be independent and be a blessing to others.

c. We value people.

We regard all people as created and loved by God. We give priority to people before money, structure, and systems.

d. We are stewards.

We are faithful to the purpose for which resources are given and manage them in a manner that brings maximum benefit to the under privileged and disabled. We believe in collaborating with likeminded partners to further the mission.
