I went with RM to serve blind children last winter in 2006. My trip with RM stretched me in so many ways, but one thing stood out to me more than others: the importance of loving and caring for others. Going to the School For The Blind, seeing how the teachers there love the children, and how the children grow in love and confidence in response to their teachers' care, those are a couple of rewarding things to me in this past trip. Giving is better than receiving. At the School For The Blind, I saw how the teachers constantly gave to the children. I admire the dedication the teachers have day in and day out toward the little ones. We don't need to have much; what we have is enough. Give as we have received.
