Going for service trips was not something new to me. I have traveled to even more remote places compared to the modern city of Chongqing. When I thought of joining RM for the trip to Chongqing, it was very much so because I wanted to see RM's work there. Two things stood out very prominently in this trip for me: I received the greatest single donation ever: $3,000. Also, I was amazed at the favor God showed towards the team. We were able to pray and worship God in places we never thought we could. And we got many warm receptions from various contacts. It was a wonderful experience for me too to be with a team of 20 people who might not know each other very well yet we worked in harmony with each other for two weeks. Thank God for this trip!
